How does consultation work?
My Health and Wellness coaching is offered virtually. You can access sessions with your phone, computer or tablet.
Once a package is purchased you will be able to schedule your goal setting appointments and coaching sessions via a scheduling link.
What areas do you coach?
My coaching services use behavior change theories, motivational strategies, and health education and promotion theories to support clients in addressing their health and wellness concerns ranging from weight management, adopting a healthier lifestyle, exercise, smoking cessation, and more.
How do I know if this is for me?
I offer free discovery calls, that’s truly the best way to see if what I provide fits where you are and what you want for yourself.
How long do I have to schedule sessions?
My premium package offers the most flexibility, allowing for sessions to be booked within 6 months from the date of purchase. The standard and standard plus package have a 3 month expiration from the date of purchase.
While the flexibility was added to support my client’s busy schedules, I do recommend that sessions be scheduled at least two weeks apart to monitor progress and support with any barriers that may present themselves.
